  • Coordinated worldwide with the regional sales teams to ensure that revenue was maximized within Irdeto’s strategic accounts. Won over 10 Mln. USD in selling ‘Irdeto SmartStart‘ solutions to new opportunities in India (Videocon), South-Africa (Multichoice), and Uruguay (TCC).
  • Established strong channel partners across Asia, contributing to the APAC channel strategy and program management.

  • Took on an interim basis the responsibility as Regional Sales Director for South-Asia ( India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan ), and day-to-day management of the New Delhi office.
  • Strategized and executed CAS business targeting India’s digital migration initiatives, which resulted within the first 6 month of arrival in winning 10 cable deals, and a major DTH deal (Videocon d2h). I over achieved my sales revenue target with 150 %.
  • Engaged with regional strategic accounts ( China NetCom, Telecom Malaysia ), and partners ( Huawei, ZTE, HP, Thomson, Radioscape, Samsung ) to develop a pipeline of IPTV and Mobile TV opportunities in China and across Asia. 
  • Lobbied in cooperation with global SIM card manufacturers SARFT towards accepting hybrid DRM/CA SIM card based solutions securing mobile TV business opportunities.
  • Worked closely with the Cable Operators Federation of India and the Indian Guild of Film Producers in educating Bollywood studio’s in securing their digital assets.      
  • Executed marketing communications across the region and succeeded in making   Irdeto a brand name in Asia’s broadcasting industry.
