Summary: I have almost 10 years international business experience in Comau s.p.a., a 10,000 people Industrial Automation firm, part of Fiat and supplier for the most important automotive manufactures around the world. This company has a great Engineering and Project Management activity both in the central Head Quarters and in the “first lines” customer sites located worldwide. The first 7 years of my experience were in the customers’ sites management team, and my last 3 years, with an expat and related bonus package, I managed the Global Sourcing (GS) in the Supply Chain at Comau Engineering in Shanghai, the Head Quarter in China. This position leveraged and strengthened my Industrial Automation Business skills and let me apply my MBA credentials, by allowing me to cover the complete process of optimization of costs, with the achievement of Quality, Project Margin, Timing and Customer Satisfaction
