Swiss HR & Admin Supervisor/Manager for Chinese Solar Company

About the company:
 
China based publicly traded company, a fast-growing vertically integrated solar power product manufacturer, with offices in China, US and Europe. This position will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Position Purpose:

Responsible for the various branches / offices of all human resources related matters in Europe

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Handle recruiting, training, compensations and benefits, as well as other Human Resources related affairs in European offices.
* Ensures that Human Resources objectives align to the achievement of business objectives * Provides counsel and guidance to senior management regarding strategic HR planning in Europe
* Design and implement long-term solutions for rapidly growing employee population
* Manages exempt HR professionals
* Counsels and coaches senior management concerning business operational, organizational structure & design and employee development issues, including policy interpretation and recommendations for action

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

* Expert HR functional knowledge, legal, tax, and Regulatory Requirements within European Union
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to influence senior leaders of a company
* Ability to manage through ambiguity
* Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills as well as highly developed organizational skills
* Ability to effectively negotiate with and influence others on matters of significance to the organization
* Ability to operate in broad conceptual frameworks
* Demonstrated multicultural skills
* Strong management skills

Education and Experience:

* 3 ~ 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including in a management or individual contributor role supporting client groups in a line or corporate support organization or equivalent
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* High Technology industry experience preferred
* Previous HR experience in a role within a Center of Expertise/Shared Services model
* Experience in global/multi-national organizations 
* Local resident with Chinese language and cultural background preferred, English language a must.
