About the Company: Chicago based American medical imaging device manufacturer with factories in Panyu, Guangdong and Chicago. Panyu plant manufactures tables, bases and frames of the equipment through sheet metal fabrication and fastening. 

Job Location: Panyu, Guangdong

RESPONSIBILITY:

Assist in the development, documentation and improvement of manufacturing processes as well as assist production team with in-process and final inspection. Communicate product quality standards to the production team and assist them to insure achievement of those standards. This is a one-man QA department.

JOB DUTIES:

- Manage department activities to meet quality management system goals within guidelines.

- Select, train, direct and support quality department personnel.

- Create and modify assembly instructions

- Assist in the inspection of in-process and final inspection

- Communicate results of inspection and advise assembler and/or Team Leaders/Managers.

- Make determinations based on written instructions to production supervisors, documenting if needed.

- Closely follow safety and company policies.

- Maintain necessary records as required by quality management system documentation.

- Participate in self-development and training of others.

- Perform other related duties as required or directed by Quality Manager or VP 

EDUCATION:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 5 years performing quality or engineering functions in a manufacturing environment.

- Ideal candidate should have experience with fitness equipment, appliances or metal office furniture.

- ISO 9001 experience preferred. Experience with UL or CE a plus.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

- Strong English communication skills; spoken and written, CET 6 equivalent

- Ability to read inspection instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Possess computer skills with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook.

ADDITIONAL

- Stand, walk, constant computer use of at least 4 hours a day.

- Mixed environment-office and factory

- 6 to 9 month training for the successful applicant in Chicago, all expenses paid in addition to salary.

SALARY RANGE: RMB 9,000 to 12,000 per month

- 保持质量管理体系文件记录

- 参与培训和自我发展。

- 执行其他由质量经理或副总裁要求的相关职责

教育：

本科以上学历，工程，科学，商业或相关领域专业。

经验：

- 至少5年以上有制造行业质量管理或工程师职能的工作经验。

- 有ISO 9001认证工作经验者优先。有UL或CE经验者更佳。

要求/技能 

- 具有较强的英语口头和书面沟通技能，相当于CET六级

- 具有检测仪器阅读能力，如千分尺和卡尺。具备计算机技能，掌握微软Office，Word，Excel，Outlook软件的应用。

备注： 

- 每天至少4小时站立，行走，及计算机使用

- 办公室及工厂混合环境

- 成功申请者将在芝加哥接受6至9个月的带薪培训，所有费用公司支付。

职位月薪：9,000-12,000元/月
