About the Company:

An Italian luxury sports car manufacturer hiring for their China Office (Joint Venture) in Shanghai. This role will report to BU Director (Italian male).

Ideal Candidate:

You should have 10+ working experience with 8+ years in a managerial role, experience in EU companies is an advantage. Preferably someone who has been living in Shanghai for 'long enough' time and knows China market very well. You should speak/read/write Chinese.

Summary Descriptions:
Drive the overall development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns in China; help the brand penetrates the China market and culture in line with global communication directions. Plan and secure marketing resources needs for the China Office based on market conditions and information collected; and help achieve and increase the company's target business revenues in the region. Lead a professional marketing team to design, develop and implement the company's overall marketing plan and execution smoothly.

Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master in Marketing/ Advertising
• Solid expertise in marketing strategies, channels marketing, event promotions, brand communications development and implementation, hands-on experience in high-end products and luxury brands;
• Excellent execution capabilities and strong in daily operations, with channel management experience (B-B dealing exp is an advantage);
• Deep understanding of the Chinese culture and the country's marketing scene;
• Able to develop strong creative solutions by utilizing all available resources;
• Proven track record in implementing and evaluating campaigns, identifying the most effective strategies for a wide range of scenarios;
• Strategic thinker and hands-on executive with effective organizational and learning skills;
• Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to communicate ideas and strategies to external and internal customers at all levels;
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills, with and understanding of and the ability to effectively convey the "Maserati lifestyle";
• Open-minded and able to manage multi-task, with a strong drive for success;
• Passionate about the job, mature, energetic, hardworking and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach;
• Dedicated to the job and able to work under time pressure while maintaining a certain level of flexibility when facing fast changing market environments/ major challenges.
