Business Development Executive - IT Solutions in BFSI, Based in Shanghai & Hong Kong
Job Title: Business Development Executive – BFSI (Banking, Finance, Securities and Insurance)

Job Location: Shanghai and Hong Kong (2 positions)
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts in the BFSI Vertical
- Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical
- Generating business from new accounts in addition to leading customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
- Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory
- Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
- Meet Revenue targets as defined. Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms and create Business Plans as and when required.
- Build credibility, gain market share in the China territory.
- Work with Delivery teams to generate Proposals and Bid Responses and nurture the relationship.
Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of relevant business experience selling Software services to Fortune 500 level customers, in the Enterprise Solutions services industry
- Very good knowledge of BFSI domain in China and strong sales experience in IT services & products.
- Good appreciation of technology trends & its application for Telecom business with ability to strategize & craft solutions meeting customer’s unique needs.
- Demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand on new relationships
- Good understanding of Global Delivery Model (Onshore/NearShore/Offshore)
- Experience in pro-active demand generation – account research on prospects, competition analysis, leverage analyst/advisor/partner eco system etc. Identification of prospective clients and creating the go-to-market plan for specific campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, time management & organization
- Hungry, Enthusiastic, Self Sufficient & Motivated
- Evidence of consistent target achievement and ‘large deal’ management
- Existing contacts/client entry in China BFSI industries strongly preferred
- MBA, MS or BS degrees in related field
- Proficiency in Chinese & English languages
