Bridging the gap between available jobs in China requiring high tech experience and bicultural background, with available professional talents among overseas Chinese and expat community.

A typical Keys to China candidate:

1. Overseas Chinese/returnee with significant Chinese cultural background (born and raised in China, native Chinese speaker), with advanced degrees from US universities, 10+ years working experience in Fortune 500 high tech companies.
2. American or European expat living in China, fluent in Chinese and familiar with Chinese culture and business practices.
3. Local Chinese with 5+ years working experience with Fortune 500 MNC (Multi National Corporations), fluent in English and familiar with American culture and business practices.

2. China based companies expanding to US

Consulting Service

Standard consulting rate: $85 per hour

Services:

• Job search in China and US (generate job leads from job boards, LinkedIn, company websites, through my 2000+ network of recruiters, headhunters and business contacts)
• Industry and profession research, compensation negotiation (salary , benefits, tax, etc.)
• Relocation guide (region and city research and analysis)
• Logistics (visa process, locate translation, tutoring services, document research, moving company referrals)
• Local information guide (shopping, apartment, travel, etc.)

How it works for job seeker:

• Complementary thirty minutes consultation, either face to face or via Skype
• Every Monday I run your personalized search on all job sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Zhaopin, Ushi, any company you are interested in, and regional industry specific sites). I generate a list of jobs that you might be interested in with notes on how I’m related to the hiring company or recruiting firm. This takes me minimum an hour. Once you receive the list you need to provide feedback if and what position you’d like to apply for. For the rest of the week I contact these companies on your behalf, connect you with hiring managers and recruiters, do whatever research required for your application.
• If you have questions, or see a job lead that you’d like to pursue, our correspondence does not count towards the one hour per week.
